Ankarsrum Ice Cream Making Bundle

Make ice cream and sorbet with the Ankarsrum ice cream making bundle. We’ve paired the Swedish stand mixer with their popular ice cream attachment. Use it to make 1.5 litres of your favourite ice cream flavours. You can use the mixer on its own to make bread, cake and cookie dough.

The ice cream attachment includes an outer bowl, bowl holder and mixing paddle. There’s also a bowl with a lid for storing ice cream in your freezer. Get creative with seasonal fruit flavours or add handfuls of nuts and chocolate chips. You can master the art of Italian gelato or treat guests to a palate-cleansing sorbet.

About the Ankarsrum Stand Mixer

The Ankarsrum stand mixer is designed to mimic hand kneading. Unlike conventional mixers, the bowl rotates at the same time as the hook or paddle. It can handle stiff and heavy mixtures without overheating or overworking them.

The large steel bowl can accommodate up to 5kg of dough. It’s perfect for batch cooking and feeding a crowd. For such a powerful machine, it’s surprisingly quiet and stable on your counter. You can even set a timer for hands-off mixing.
