Fabbri candied ginger has an intense sweet and spicy flavour that is great for cakes, cookies and crumbles. Presented in a beautiful ceramic jar, the candied ginger is immersed in sweet syrup that you can drizzle over desserts to give them a bit of a kick. 

Candied ginger adds warming sweetness to shortbread, loaf cakes and fudgy brownies. You can add it to sugar syrup to spice up your cocktails or combine it with soy sauce and garlic to marinade chicken thighs.
